There are a lot of reason radiologists stay at practices after things stop working. Loyalty, concerns about patients, or simply fear of the unknown. With the radiologists I talk with every day, a major consideration often boils down to this: Will changing practices make things better … or just more of the same?

At vRad, things actually are different. From day one, radiologists are supported with hands-on training, community, and connections throughout the practice that continue well beyond signing a contract. One way we build these connections is through in-person events, like Rad Ready and Rad Retreat.

Starting Strong: Rad Ready

New vRad radiologists are invited to Rad Ready, an in-person event designed to make onboarding easier and offer extra platform training. Radiologists spend time at our Minnesota headquarters, learning directly from vRad leaders, connecting with peers, and refining their skills on The vRad Platform.

It’s not just about those first months, but setting new radiologists up for success and fulfillment in the long run.

Reconnecting at Rad Retreat

Once a year, radiologists gather at Rad Retreat, a three-day event focused on connection, growth, and collaboration. Attendees meet colleagues, exchange ideas, and make and strengthen relationships that contribute to the whole vRad community.

You Are More Than a Contract

At vRad, radiologists aren’t just names on a schedule, they’re valued members of our team. Events like Rad Ready and Rad Retreat are just two of the many ways vRad invests in its physician team, providing ongoing education, support, and connections that make it easier to thrive in this demanding field.

There is another way to practice radiology. Find out what life could look like for you at vRad.
